LIABILITY RELEASE As a participant (or his/her parent/guardian, if a participant is under age 18), I understand there are risks connected with my participation in this event. I, on behalf of myself and my agents, spouse, heirs, successors, and assigns hereby knowingly and voluntarily forever release, discharge and covenant not to sue Restoration Outreach Programs, Denver Seminary, South Suburban Parks and Recreation District, City of Lakewood, participating churches, event sponsors, event charities and their volunteers, workers, employees, administrators, directors, representatives and agents, for any and all actions, causes of action, losses, damages, costs or expenses, injuries, death and demands whatsoever, in law or in equity, on account of contracts, agreements, promises or events, whether caused in whole or in part by negligence or otherwise. I intend this to be a complete and unconditional release of liability to the greatest extent of the law and hereby waive any rights under any regulation, statute or common law principle.
